LOU BARLOW - Apocalypse Fetish EP (CDM)

Dinosaur Jr. bassist and lo-fi hero Lou Barlow returned to his solo career after a six-year furlough with last Septembers Brace the Wave. On October 28th, hell follow up on that effort with a new EP entitled Apocalypse Fetish via Joyful Noise Recordings. The five-track EP sees Barlow playing nothing but a ukulele, though he notes that the way he uses the instrument sounds more like a 4-string acoustic guitar utilizing strumming styles and lower toned soundscapes… Its a style thats clear and captivating on the first single, The Breeze.
