The Monochrome Set - 1979-1985: LP box set (180g vinyl) is limited to 700 copies. The LP box set comes with the CDs in slipcases. Including an extensive booklet with liner notes by Bid and by Robert Rotifer as well as the lyrics for all songs. At the end of the 70s, The Monochrome Set were part of the first wave of "post punk" bands. Right from the beginning, the band earned a solid reputation as purveyors of fine pop, gaining praise from the 80s contemporaries such as Morrissey and Edwyn Collins.
