The Time Out magazine asked actors, directors and film experts for a list of the one hundred best British films n February 2017. 44 years after publication Don't Look Now by Nicolas Roeg stands at the top of the list. It was described as "a film, in which every picture carries significance, emotions and mysteries and that as the peak performance of one of the most iconoclasts and masters of British cinema ". The story of a couple (Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland), who died after the tragic death of her daughter to Venice, is based on a short story by Daphne Du Maurier. Pino Donaggio took over not only the composition of the film music, but also played part of it. His lack of pianistic skills did not stand in his way. Individual pieces are associated with the figure of Christine, also because Roeg wanted her innocent sound to be reminiscent a little girl who learns to play the piano. The uncertainty of Donaggio's playing fit in perfectly with that, what they wanted to make clear. The song I Colori Di Dicembere was recorded by Iva Zanicchi and recorded on her Album Amare, Non Amare (1974) released. It finds was not in the movie and so far it was only in the Italian film industry. Version of the soundtrack titled A Venezia... Un Dicembre Rosso Shocking. This new edition includes the song within the original order and processing the title.
