ARABSTAZY - Under Frustration Vol.1 (Sealed) (LP)

The Tunisian-French collective Arabstazy presents the first part of a three-part series of contemporary electronic music from the Arab world. The 10 tracks on Vol.1 impressively illustrate the diversity within this scene. Arabstazy and the 10 artists provide all revenues of the Lebanese NGO Basmeh & Zeitooneh and their annual art event Seen. The tracks range from Dark Ambient and deconstructed Arabic tradition to post-club bass music and the'Habibi Acid' of Berlin-based Tropikal Camel.
