The metal bands with whole orchestras are nothing new anymore. THERION, DIMMU BORGIR, METALLICA and even the SCORPIONS have tried it. For some it was nothing more than an experiment, for others it is an essential part of the music. However, ENTOMBED are now treading a completely new path. The Death N Roll Kings teamed up with the Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House in Stockholm for a very special event as part of a series of concerts entitled Unreal Estate that took place in 2002. Ballet? But that doesn't make music! That's right, and consequently only ENTOMBED itself can be heard on Unreal Estate, but in a very concentrated form, which you don't necessarily know from the usual concerts. Nevertheless, there is a lot of rock, but always with respect for the venerable building in which the boys performed. Thus, Unreal Estate is hardly likely to pass for one of the usual live performances of the Death Lead veterans, especially since the sound of the disc is also very clear and transparent for a live recording. The audience can also only be heard in a few places. The selection of songs concentrates (of course) on the post-DM phase of the band and focuses on the 2000 album Uprising. (metal.de)
