Six years after the release of their highly acclaimed debut EP (SZ: "Munich's Band of the Year"), Stray Colors are back in full colour! The fine touch for the special melodies has remained, as has the unmistakable harmony singing of Zlatko Pasalic and R?diger Sinn. At the same time, one notices that the musicians on their way out to the more distant and nearer stages of this world have meanwhile experienced, absorbed, dared and rejected so much, and above all have found themselves to some extent. The Balkan rhythm is still an integral part of your DNA, the trace elements of the 1960s are indestructible. And yet all the new songs breathe the inner serenity of being allowed to be everything and not having to be anything. With the usual lightness and buoyant optimism, Stray Colors invite you to a colourful blazing adventure full of joyful moments, tender sadness and fiery ecstasy. Already with the first sounds of the album opener "The Things We Love", its hearty beat and the heartwarmingly beautiful vocal passages, it becomes clear that Stray Colors is a little different than so much at present - certainly not modern, by no means retro, but definitely timeless.
