Therefore, expectations were high for the follow-up, “Recreation Day”, which was unleashed in 2003. “Recreation Day” became one of the band’s brightest hours: a sophisticated, intense piece of work full of dark atmosphere, progressive influences and accessible, mellow songwriting. Tracks such as “End Of Your Days”, “I’m Sorry” and the fragile-anthemic title song are among the fan favorites until this day. As a part of EVERGREY’s remasters series, now also “Recreation Day” is going to be re-released. The original recordings have been carefully remastered by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Pretty Maids, Amaranthe). The re-issue comes as Digipak and (double-)vinyl (available in several colors), both with bonus tracks.
