With their fourth record the three rockers from Cologne "Off to Tschikkawikka"! Starting at Abbey Road Studios London, the journey takes you through a critical and thoughtful world of emotions where you never lose faith in the good! The band with frontman, singer and guitarist Johannes Knechtges, bassist Thomas Fehse and drummer Vincenz Deckstein wants to show the world that catchy, German-language rock music has a right to exist! It was produced in February 2017 at the legendary Abbey Road Studios London, mixed by Peter Schmidt, who already refined the sounds of Beatsteaks, AnnenMayKantereit, Turbostaat or Selig with his controls. The characteristic Lendgold sound runs like a red thread through the song: strongly distorted guitars and bass sounds, dynamic changes and the "to the 12"- moment can be found as well as a melody that literally eats into your ear! The second single Das Leben ist gut is the separation with rocky Arschtritt. Sarcasm meets vagueness. The whole thing is carried by a guitar sound kissed by the blues and ends up in sounds inspired by Stone Temple Pilots.
