The 2017 concept album with the Israeli singer Efrat Alony was much darker both lyrically and musically. In the past months I had the opportunity to play many concerts. These were intense moments that made it clear to me how much fun and joy I feel when playing in front of an audience. I wanted to preserve this mood and take it into the recording studio, B?hlen remembers the basic idea of Fun Flowers.
