Tommy Flanagan is once again at the top of his game on this 1980 outing, a followup on the Enja label to "Eclypso" . Elvin once again making his considerable presence on drums, and Red Mitchell provides a different level of color than George Mraz did on "Eclypso". The song selection is outstanding, and each cut is long enough to provide each player the room needed to express themselves. Trio work at its highest level. Highly recommended.
