ROSACEAE - Efia (LP) (Sealed) (LP)

With her second album "Efia" the Hamburg-based sound artist Rosaceae has chosen the themes of her last year's Neoprimitive released debut album "Nadia's Escape". The disembodied voices of Jesseline, among others Preach and manipulated vocal samples interlock with dense soundscapes, elements of new music and occasionally pure harsh noise. It's a mixture that decidedly different artistic traditions into one dialogue with each other. The hallmarks of European salon culture are combined with Kurdish wedding music as well as confronted as with an energizing loop of a reputation after an "encore."
