Ironbourne from Sweden have been playing Heavy Metal all their lives, but only since 2019 under this name. Olof Geijer (Mace, guitar), Lars Andersson (Mace, bass) and Stefan Viktorsson (Mace, drums) grew up in the same street and have always been inseparable. Singer Torbj?rn Andersson (Hybridia, Deputy) and guitarist Jonas Windle (Mindrock, Abomation, Feel Dizzy) complement the lineup. The sound on Ironbourne's self-titled debut clearly originates from the early years of Heavy Metal, when the transition from Hard Rock including the NWoBHM was still noticeable.
