The French rock band Nobody's Cult shares their debut album ‚Mood Disorders'. The 11 songs range from ballad to punk rock. Accompanied by buzzing guitar riffs, driving and powerful rhythm elements and distorted harp sounds, Nobody's Cult tell of mood swings, states of mind and how they deal with them. Their emotional art rock is reminiscent of The Black Keys or The White Stripes. On ‚Mood Disorders' singer Lena Woods deals with the insatiable and self-destructive humanity ("The Finish Line"), fights for self-liberation from social constraints ("Freak Out") or delivers a humorous break-up anthem with "Goodbye Honey". In each of the 11 tracks, Nobody's Cult sketch out small stories, fragments of life, which provide an insight into the moods and emotional states of us as humans.
