The return to musical roots is a time-honored tradition for many established artists who have survived most of a decade. It can sometimes take one or two albums before something like a "unique sound" is created. Perfection and, at the same time, a drive for progress may well need another one. But sometimes it just itches to go back to where it all began, where you really feel at home. In the case of Cayucas, this means that the two brothers Zach and Ben Yudin return to the beach. Back to the sunny, pulsating and outrageously catchy summer sound with which everything began for the two of them. And so their new album "Blue Summer" has become the Californian summer set to music.
