Oli Bayston is a UK-born songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist who got his start in indie band Keith and has since collaborated with the likes of 2 Bears, Steve Mason, Willy Mason, Lianne La Havas, Lily Allen and more. Under the Boxed In moniker, Bayston combines his two greatest musical loves, Krautrock and house music, taking inspiration from the motorik rhythms of Can and Neu!, as well as house DJs like P?p? Bradock and Theo Parrish. His self-titled debut is intellectual without being pretentious, wide-ranging yet accessible and will unite club and indie-rock crowds in a way so few can do.
