The venomous return of notorious crust-punk / metal quartet, TRAP THEM. “Crown Feral” is an album by a band at their ferocious peak – perfectly balanced and crafted with a tension and an anger that is TRAP THEM at their best. This brand new album, recorded by long-time friend and collaborator Kurt Ballou (Converge) at GodCity Studio in Salem, Mass. To coincide, TRAP THEM will return to Europe for a full headline tour across Germany, UK, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Sweden and Norway. Their first European dates since last year’s European tour with Converge. Okkultokrati and Venom Prison will support “Crown Feral” is the band’s fifth full-length following on from their acclaimed 2014 release “Blissfucker” and 2011’s “Darker Handcraft” – which was hailed by Revolver Magazine as their “most dangerous declaration to date…contain(ing) some of the catchiest songs they’ve ever written”. ‘Darker Handcraft’ was a lot featured in the recent “Top 100 Albums Of The 21st Century” at #38 in the latest issue of Metal Hammer in the UK.
