Marcel Dettmann has mixed the next instalment of DJ-Kicks on !K7. The Berghain resident's 19-track mix draws upon house, techno and new wave from the past 30 years. It follows a string of well-received official mixes from Dettmann, who's already contributed to two of electronic music's most established series—he delivered Berghain 02 in 2008 and fabric 77 in 2014. DJ-Kicks sees Dettmann go heavy on older tracks, laying down classics from Orlando Voorn, NAD and Dan Curtin. Influential labels like Force Inc. Music Works, Multiplex and Torso all feature. Several previously-unreleased Dettmann edits appear, including reworks of Cybersonik, Nukubus and Psychick Warriors Ov Gaia. The recently reissued "Cause I Said It Right" by Clarence G, an alias of the late James Stinson, also makes the cut.
