After training in the art of the Deejay toasting by the legendary Dennis Alcapone, Lester Bulllock initially called Alcapone Junior, until the producer Lee 'Scratch' Perry renamed him to Dillinger in the early 1970s. Perry recorded Dillinger's first dozen tracks, and there were early works for other producers such as Prince Tony, Augustus Pablo, Enos McLeod and Phil Pratt. Then there was Dillings debut album Ready Natty Dreadie a local hit for Studio One, but the CB200 set for Iceland catapulted him to international fame. Nevertheless, the roughest Dillinger material from Bunny 'Striker' Lee was produced, as this LP with the title Answer My Question amply demonstrates. Released for the first time in the Netherlands on the Scramble label 1977, the reissue on LP and the first time on CD comes here! Available from 10.02.2017
