The English- German Rock band ,Endfield" was formed in 1998. At that time, the current frontman, Glyn Brookman, was playing drums in the Jan Josef Liefers Band and the Band "Practical Malfunction". They enjoyed remarkable success in Bavaria and especially in Eastern Europe, were they regularly played in front of big crowds. But just before they were about to sign a huge Record Deal, Communication issues and Internal disagreements disrupted the bands decision and they split up. In 2001 a Reunion was announced and the band "Exit Only" was born. This was the period where Endfield Co-founder and guitarist Sven Hanke, aka "Doc", joined the group. The next 5 years saw the Band performing primarily as a Cover band, but always tried to implement their own material in to the Stage set. 2006 "Endfield" was founded and signed a Deal with the Record Company " Deutschen Ton der MSG Group". In the early days Endfield was a trio consisting of Glyn Brookman (Voc, Drums), Sven Hanke (Guitar) and Helmut Medel (Bass). In 2007 they released their Debut Single "Good Timing" which was produced by Fabio Trentini (Guano Apes & H-Blockx). That song turned out to be a Top Ten Hit on Internet radio and reached Number on the "H?rercharts". However the final breakthrough was yet to appear. Because of the fact that the band had to finance the entire production process, the resulting financial difficulties surrounding that, meant they had to continue performing as a Cover band until 2011. That period also saw a fellow member (bassist Helmut Medel) leave the band. The next couple of years saw Glyn Brookman and Sven Hanke writing and producing their own songs. In 2012 the songwriter, producer and guitarist Markus Escher joined the Band. During this time, titles like "Angel" and "Masterpiece of Silence" were created. However, in 2013, Escher left the Band to work on his own Project idea called "Bowmen". 2014 Endfield started jamming with bassist Stefan Pfaffinger (Ray Charles, Zauberberg, Blues Gang) and drummer and producer Carsten Enghardt (Lionel Richie, Billy Preston, Vanilla Ninja). Very quickly the decision was made to record an album, " Right to the Top". This was the beginning of Endfield's next Chapter. The next one and a half years were spent writing and recording more songs. The Band made the decision to also reproduce a few old songs. Keyboarder Christof von Haniel (Zillertaler Sch?rzenj?ger) was responsible for all the keys, Choirs and the sound design. The Saxophonist "Charles Walker" (Ron Evans Group) and the Rapper called "Breezy" are impressive features which were implemented by the band. The Production and Mastering ziqule came to an end in August 2016. The Album will be released on the 10th of March 2017 over Music Buy Mail and Cargo Records. The first Single "Not Alone" is released since 21 th October 2016, available on all digital Download Platforms Worldwide. Endfield was already on TV at 15th October 2016 on the Programm "Go get'm" on "Welt der Wunder TV" as a guest. Frentle to frentle took the Band on-board and featured it along the way.
