Until now Bonaparte was known as a stage dervish, a magician of the masses and a high priest. So far it also seemed that Rabatz and entertainment at Bonaparte were at any time acting as a guide. According to this reading, the name Bonaparte stands for an orgiastic punk revue with a lot of camp, intoxication and sex. And, of course, the game of masks and sexual ambiguity is actually a big part of what Swiss Tobias Jundt has created in recent years. Nevertheless, or precisely for this reason, we now have to rethink Bonaparte partially. With "The Return Of Stravinsky Wellington", Tobias Jundt has now proved what he is above all else: one of the best songwriters of our day. The music, on the other hand, sounds different from anything you have ever known about this man - and yet again very familiar. The remarkable thing about this music is not least their unrestrainedness and the relaxed, sovereign attitude, from which Bonaparte succeeds great pop moments. More love, more time, more heart - the fifth is so far the best Bonaparte album ever!
