The fourth studio album of the medieval Metallers! Harpyie impress not only through the contrast between playful aesthetics and brutal violence, but above all through the overall work of art, through which the stories that tell the songs are like a thread. Founded in 2011 in Bad Oeynhausen (NRW), the band harpyie travels all year round the stages in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After the releases "Blindflug", "Welcome In The Light" and "Freakshow" the five band members present their new work "Anima" and convince again with the unmistakable harpy sound. Responsible for the sound is again producer Simon Michael Schmitt, his signature drummer of the band Subway To Sally. In terms of content, the Consistently German-language texts of harpy with striking themes from history and mythology, with important world events and the different traits of the human being in all its facets. With each published album, Harpyie create their own worlds to fill them with life, give them faces and words, or even destroy them again.
