(I Am) Origami Pt. I - The Universal Sigh is a timeless album with great melodies and an equally large heap of warmth. Artists such as John van Deusen are the ones who want to take their thin artist arms to give them a certain niche-hearing, because that is too much for the "broad masses" (caution ambiguity!)? Deusen is not a completely unknown one and was the singer of The Lonely Forest, who released four albums in 10 years and were able to catch up with their third album "Arrows" (2011). They have been nominated by NPR as "Best New Artist", and Van Deusen from Seattle Weekly as "best male vocalist" in Seattle, not so badly. These albums were mostly produced by Chris Walla (Dead Cab For Cutie) Also released directly over his label, which was co-operated with Atlantic Records. Especially the indie hits 'We Sing In Time' and 'Turn Off This Song Go Outside' just can not get out of their ears once you've heard them, because here the band was by no means so successful May have considered that none of their albums has been officially released here and they have never been on the road here.
