The Swiss rock band Silver Dust was founded in 2013 and published their debut album "Lost In Time" in the same year. Shortly thereafter, they played already at the Montreux Jazz Festival and have been consistently live since 2014. They shared the festival stages with MASSHYSTERIA, ELUVEITIE, DEFTONES, CRUCIFIED BARBARA, KYO and THE OFFSPRING and played numerous support shows. In 2016, they accompanied LORDI on their European tour. In April, the quartet won a competition organized by the mythical "GREENFIELD FESTIVAL" and will perform there on 10 June as the opening act for AMON AMARTH and NIGHTWISH. Silver Dust present an impressive and effect-packed visual show on the stage and remind them of Tim Burton's magical universe with their steampunk style. This is also reflected in the music, which connects the driving Power Rock with electronic as well as classical influences. The new album "The Age Of Decadence" marks another milestone in the band history. This is how the band understands how to combine a variety of styles, English and French texts on the ten songs of the album, and create their own sound universe. Each song has its own characteristic, and all together define a typical Silver Dust sound that remains in memory. This is supported not least by official production, which is more than helpful to both the melodic component and the pure rock. The band will play some festivals in the summer and autumn of 2017 as well as a tour of different countries in Europe before the preparations for the upcoming third album, which will be released in 2018
