The Rock Troubadour from Amsterdam has been enthusiastic for years by the ever-growing audience with the kind of music that invites you to take a seat on the pillion, throw the helmet into the bushes and feel really lively again. "I'm a simple man," says Tim Vantol. How does he fix that? "I'm neither the best musician nor the best songwriter in the world. There are millions of people who can play guitar better or control their voice better than I do. But that is not the point. It is like with abstract paintings. People like to say: I could have done that. Well, they did not make it! "This attitude applies to everything that Tim Vantol stands for - and that is anything but abstract. His songs are full of "roads" and "homes" and everything that is in between makes the trip so exciting. Anyone who wants to stick to something can do so well to Vantol's voice, because it is a stable, trustworthy copy and sounds like it feels to be dried out after a bath in a cool mountain lake by a sun-soaked towel. For the production of the record and the first single "Till The End", Adam Grahn (Royal Republic) is responsible, the familiar guest song on the title track comes from Donots-Ingo.
