The name may suggest a desolate metal-drug, but behind it hides in truth fresh and clever post-rock, who has nothing to do with rudeness. Doomina from Klagenfurt spin songs on their self-titled album Doomina from Klagenfurt with a gifted care, which do not follow the linear scheme of superstructure and construction eruption, but develop upwards and downwards, to the right and to the left. It seems as if the instrumentalists simply follow the natural aspirations of their independent music. In places "Doomina" reminds us of Swedish comrades like EF or Scraps On Tape.
