"Three" is the name of the third longplayer of the trio "The Saint Paul", based in the Ruhr area. After their 2015 album "Days Without Rain" the band returns impressively with 10 brand-new studio songs. And a real band, that's Paul, Marc and Robin, which they have recently been able to prove impressively at numerous concerts. It wouldn't do "Three" justice, however, to simply stamp it with Synthpop or Futurepop, although there are obviously some borrowings from this genre. But "Three" goes on, the songs have a lot of depth, power and the catchy vocals of front man "Paul" do the rest of it to make the songs stand out from the crowd. One of the highlights is undoubtedly "Blood Donation", in which the band for the first time made a very deep and socially critical statement and produced a video clip for the song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwH9zKPIwX4). At the end of November "The Saint Paul" go on another album release tour to present "Three" and all other hits to their fans. Fans of Camouflage, Mesh, Diary of Dreams or Torul should definitely risk an ear, if you are looking for good, innovative and diversified electronic pop music you will find it at "The Saint Paul".
