Roaring Silence" is the tenth THE HOUSE OF USHER studio album to be released in January 2018. Once again the Gothic-Rock-veterans, which has been continuously active since 1990, presents a guitar-based, multi-coloured album, which in its overall sound is pleasantly different from the usual, metal-heavy mainstream of the scene. Fourteen atmospherically dense sound pearls reflect the duality of tranquility and noise in a world increasingly marked by internal and external conflicts.Musically marked by the sound of the New Romantic of the 1980s and the Gothic-Rock of the late 1980s/90s - THE HOUSE OF USHER present an album with an individual character, which is audibly anchored in the here and now, melancholically gloomy, but also hopeful. Chorus and delay guitars are accompanied by massive basses and a diversified drumset. The complex interwoven guitar arrangements create manifold moods, which form the background for J?rg Kleudgen's vocal contributions. Often compared to scene giants like Ian Curtis (Joy Division) or Axel Spreng (ASP), the THE HOUSE OF USHER front man on "Roaring Silence" shows himself from a refreshingly diverse side.
