The 2016 album. M. Kaeshammer (* 7.1.1977 in Offenburg) is a German jazz musician. Originally trained as a classical pianist, he discovered his love for boogie-woogie. He has produced several blues- and jazz-oriented records on which he interprets standards from jazz, boogie-woogie and blues as well as his own compositions and songs. He has already toured with Harry Manx and is on tour with Anne Murray. On his albums he plays piano, Wurlitzer piano, Rhodes and electric piano. With his parents he moved first from Offenburg to a town near Sidney, British Columbia. After that he lived in Vancouver for seven years. He later moved to the United States in New Orleans. Today he lives in Toronto.
