Teenage Wrist are a garage rock band founded in 2015 in Los Angeles. It consists of Kamtin Mohager (bass, vocals), Marshall Gallagher (guitar, vocals) and Anthony Salazar (drums). It wasn't until the autumn of 2017 that the trio signed with the legendary label Epitaph, and only six months later they released Teenage Wrist's debut album. On "Chrome Neon Jesus", the Californians unite their dreamy vocals and distorted guitars with powerful means to create a stirring mix of rock, punk and shoegaze, reminiscent of The Smashing Pumpkins and Sense Field. The album was recorded with the producer Carlos De La Garza. The Grammy Award winner has worked with acts such as Jimmy Eat World and Paramore in the past. Fans of Silversun Pickups, Balance And Composure, Nothing, Cloud Nothings as well as Moose Blood will probably feel attracted by "Chrome Neon Jesus".
