Listen To The Music" is the fourth part of the "Songs Around the World" album and video series of the world-famous Playing for Change organization, featuring numerous stars. "Listen To The Music" contains recordings of rock and worldbeat hits by American legends such as the Doobie Brothers, Buddy Guy, Warren Haynes, Dr. John, and many more. They collaborate with street musicians, gospel choirs and a number of international music greats (including Tuareg guitarist Bombino, Kora master Mamadou Diabat? from Mali, Cuban Tres virtuoso Pancho Amat and Congo's legendary TPOK Jazz Band) and of course the Playing For Change Band. Altogether 200 artists from 25 nations participated in the 12 songs. 100% of the profits from the album "Listen to the Music" go to the Playing For Change Foundation, a non-profit educational organization that runs 15 schools for disadvantaged pupils in remote regions.
