>At least we got a story to tell<. If you rely on storytelling as heavily as CITIZEN TIM does, it is generally a good idea to actually experience something every once in a while. And since one is more likely to encounter interesting stories on the road than at home, singer/songwriter Marco Kallenborn a. k. a. CITIZEN TIM decided to focus primarily on playing live shows following the release of his first EP >Human Circus< in summer 2016. He managed to play over 50 shows all over Germany, sharing the stage with bands and songwriters such as TRADE WIND, EAST CAMERON FOLKCORE, MATZE ROSSI or SAM ALONE & THE GRAVEDIGGERS, before he decided he had collected enough input to finally work on his first proper album. >Hospital Breakfast Conversations< is that debut full length, to be released on 18.05.2018 via Midsummer Records. Produced, mixed and mastered entirely in the privacy of Marco's own home, the 10 catchy yet authentic songs tell of the stories that shape us - of daily experiences and personal encounters. It is safe to assume that CITIZEN TIM will have amassed a lot more new stories to tell when he returns next.
