Black Screen Records and video game composer David Housden have teamed up to release the original soundtrack to Mike Bithell's platinum-selling indie title Thomas Was Alone on audiophile 180g vinyl for the very first time. The vinyl soundtrack will be available on very limited edition red 180g vinyl and classic 180g black vinyl, comes in a heavy-weight sleeve with artwork by Dane Baudoin and includes a free code for the digital soundtrack. Featuring minimalist pianos and ambiences fused with lush strings and ethereal synths, both the game and soundtrack enjoyed rave reviews, receiving BAFTA nominations for `Best Story', `Best Original Music' and `Best Performance' (winner) as well as Develop nominations for Best Audio Contribution and Best Use of Narrative (winner), and Honourable mentions from the Independent Games Festival for Excellence in Visual Design and Excellence in Audio. Featuring the original album completely remastered, complete with brand new tracks written exclusively forthe release of 'Benjamin's Flight' DLC on PS4 and Vita.
