Nuf Said - the band name makes commentary irrelevant, but describe it we must. Led by Romanian born vocalist Ioana Vintu and Long Island native Andrew Gould, Nuf Said was formed in 2011 as a group of seasoned freelance musicians began collaborating. The players hit the stage and the studio with serious intent - mixing up a recipe of melodic vocals, deep grooves, and improvisation. Nuf Said released their debut, ‘My Kind’, in 2014 and have been featured around the world. Nuf Said is a band experienced in all styles, and their stated goal is to create original music that is accessible and enjoyable to anyone. Drawing from R&B, Hip-Hop, Funk, and Soul, mixing it up with jazz harmony and improvisation, Nuf Said writes and arranges collaboratively and delivers a sonic mix for the world’s ears.
