Reissue.Yan Tregger is a French music producer who released the two disco records "Catchy" and "Ducks & Drakes" in 1978 and 79 on the label Musical Touch Sound, which specialized in production music. Both LPs captivated with their extraordinary quality and gained an almost mystical reputation in the scene. They became sought-after collector's items that quickly became unavailable, but over the years they only said something to proven experts. In 2008, the Cosmic disco compilation "Space Oddities" by the Munich label Permanent Vacation sparked renewed interest in "Ducks & Drakes" with the title "Girls Will Be Girls". But it should take until the recently launched compilation "The Real Sound Of Mark Grusane" and the "Catchy" track "Riff Off" contained on it at BBE, until a re-release of the two rarities was to be thought of. Finally BBE, in cooperation with the established DJ and producer Frankie Valentine as curator in the dance scene, managed to advance into the personal archives of Yan Tregger and, with his permission, re-released the two disco milestones ? la Arpadys, Space, Cerrone, Brian Bennett, Black Devil Disco Club or Sauveur Mallia.
