SUPERB BROADCST RECORDING FROM NEIL YOUNG S 1989 ACOUSTIC TOUR Hot on the heels of his October 1989 comeback album Freedom, Neil Young headed out to Europe for a short acoustic tour which took in shows in London, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Milan and Paris. The latter of these, at the Elysee Montmarte on December 11th was recorded for live FM broadcast across the local area and synched too across much of Europe and the US. Featuring a selection of numbers from his latest release plus a host of NY classics, this superb recording serves as testament to the dynamic performances Young gave while on tour at this juncture, while providing too one of the finest live Neil Young albums of the era. Bonus cuts here come from live broadcast recordings made in 1988 and 1992 respectively in the US.
