Paice Ashton Lord had a short but spectacular moment in the history of Rock'n'Roll. There was great Noise in the music press as drummer Ian Paice and organist Jon Lord after the unsightly dissolution of Deep Purple a new band together with Tony Ashton (vocals, keyboards). An album, a messed up TV appearance, a Tour and a never finished second album later the history of PAL ended in 1978 again. One History worth celebrating again.
