"Green Flash" is peppered with pop earwigs and ballads of international class, and as with "Aerial Perspective" (release 2017) it is this voice that hits the listener's heart, this sonorous alto with filigree vibrato that floats like a mighty red sun over Lilly's own, somewhat shy melancholy. "Surprise" took the young W?rzburg woman to the German finals of the preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest, where she became a much-praised third in the midst of a field of former casting show candidates. As with her debut album, Lilly produced "Green Flash" together with Udo Rinklin (among others producer of the #1 album "Bleib unterwegs" by Laith Al-Deen).
