Canadian electronic producer and performer Marie Davidson releases previously unreleased track Chasing The Light on vinyl for the first time along with the stellar Work It (Soulwax Remix) and Lara (Daniel Avery Remix) - both originally from her acclaimed album Working Class Woman (Ninja Tune). Legendary Belgian duo Soulwax - otherwise known as 2manydjs - propel Marie’s Work It - a spoken text, tongue-in-cheek mantra for the workaholic generation - over their own inimitable reworking of the original track, while Daniel Avery (Phantasy Sound / Mute) delivers a dark, booming take on the “acidic adrenaline” (The Guardian) of Lara. Soulwax’s remix has become a summer hit, lighting up DJ sets and dance floors worldwide since its recent release in April 2019.
