Ransom are back! From where actually? At some point in the late 2000s, the four Berliners reached the zenith; everything that the career ladder holds in store for a pop punk band. They have lost their sound man in an excavator shovel, a coach full of Swabians from the A10 have been trapped under an ICE track and drank all the beer away from the festival headliner. Their 2003 album "Escape From Suburbia" is sold out, from the youth club to the festival stage everything is played, the Berlin Magnet Club is completely sold out. What is to come now? From here on the track gets lost, life gets in the way, jobs, that sort of thing. The answer has to mature first. Now it is available as album-long E.P. called "Caught Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea" - Ransom are very happy to have made it this far again. Eight songs somewhere between Pop Punk and Indie have been soldered together and pressed onto white vinyl.
