Third and last box of the re-release edition. With two bonus CDs and new liner notes. The influence of Pete Namlook on the work of Klaus Schulze in the mid-nineties should not be underestimated. Namlook encouraged Schulze to return to the analogue charm of his earlier albums and supported him in the midification of his analogue instruments, which led to the epochal album "Are You Sequenced?" in 1996. The feeling for the music of others in combination with his own musical understanding made working with Klaus Schulze quite exciting for Namlook. It was a work characterized by mutual curiosity and equality. More or less unplanned, "The Dark Side Of The Moog" grew between 1994 and 2008 into a stately, eleven-part series, which was ended solely by the tragic death of Pete Namlook in November 2012. After the label MIG has already released parts 1-4 and 5-8 in a box in spring 2016, the re-release edition will be completed with a third compilation.
