The Bloody Mallard is a London-based rock project headed by guitarist, Tom Walding. After experimenting with melodies, rhythms and tones that were reminiscent of many mushroom trips in rural Kent, the sonic segments finally formed into songs which turned into the album, ‘Realm’. The album was produced recorded and mixed by Jarred Hearman (Katy B, Wretch 32, Mammal, John Butler Trio, The Prodigy, Slipknot) at Konk and City Sounds Studios and The Gin Factory. ‘Realm’ is a progressive and heavy psychedelic journey which moves through different tones, paces and themes as it encourages the listener to explore their inner-mind with a meditative state of reflection.
