The release of "Pentagrammaton" closes a gap and makes Ofermod's musical development seem more linear (...) As a consequence Ofermod will probably sound more straightforward and thoughtful than at the beginning of their career. The songwriting of 'Pentagrammaton' is fun and fits in well with other Swedish Orthodox priests. A new reference album from this school has not been dug up in the end - although that's not the measure of all things, especially since there are already enough of them. As a bonus there is a complete version of the album on a second CD/LP with Belfagor on vocals. 15 years after the recording sessions 'Pentagrammation' is finally released via Shadow Records / Regain.
