One of the hottest insider tips in non-Scandinavian Black Metal in recent years has certainly been SAOR, which is no coincidence. Behind this is Andy Marshall, formerly active on FALLOCH. He left the band after their debut to pursue his own vision of Scottish, sorry: Caledonian Black Metal with this project.
