DUNE SEA - Moons of Uranus (ltd. GTF/Black Vinyl) (Sealed) (LP)

This combination of dust-dry stoner riffs and HAWKWINDigem Space-weave sounds sexy, but somehow totally unnorwegian. That's where this young trio comes from, but musically they are completely in the rock history. It doesn't necessarily have to be the 60s/70s, even 90s bands like MONSTER MAGNET, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE or even the newfangled AMPLIFIER come to mind when listening to them. DUNE SEA's characteristic feature is the strongly alienated vocals, but that's how it has to sound, with a mixture of Shoegaze, Garage Rock and Synthwave sounds.
