This is a fantastic way for the label to use their platform to give some lesser known bands exposure and recognition. The format is simple: bands from all over the world submitted 3 songs to the label, the label chose their favorite and put it on CD. Instead of just paying lip service to bands that send record labels demos, Rad Girlfriend did something about it. The idea is similar to the "Bullshit Detector" comps that Crass did in the 80's.
